The 2009 Joint SNO-AANS/CNS Meeting, held in October 2009 in New Orleans, LA, offered attendees a comprehensive view of key research and clinical advances in cancer treatment. In this 1-hour, CME-certified, video discussion, Mark Gilbert, MD, reviews brain cancer highlights from the conference with Marc Chamberlain, MD, and Minesh Mehta, MD. This intriguing interchange between these world-renowned leaders in neuro-oncology focuses on key research presented on primary and adjuvant treatment for glioblastoma. Offering an overview and critique of some of the most pertinent studies, the faculty provide data that is valuable to both researchers and practitioners.
