| Program Description |
 |
 |
| Based on strong evidence, combination therapy with radiation and temozolomide is widely prescribed and currently considered the standard treatment for patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. Still, some tumors are resistant to combination therapy. Subsequently, trials studying varying strategies to overcome resistance, such as dose-dense regimens and adding targeted therapies, are being conducted. Additional trials are assessing the effectiveness of combination therapy strategies on recurrent glioblastoma. |
